We have signed a long-term merchant acquiring agreement with Diners Club International® Ltd., a business unit of Discover Financial Services (NYSE:DFS). This relationship will create more acceptance opportunities for Diners Club and Discover cardmembers, who eventually will be able to use their cards at our merchants in India.

We will provide single source electronic payment services for the acceptance of Diners Club and Discover cards across key merchant categories like Restaurants, Hotels, Airlines, Travel agents and major retail outlets in India.
